磁化PEG-PCL纳米胶束研究
SPIO-Loaded PEG-b-PCL Polymeric Micelles
建立集癌细胞双重靶向性和超敏磁共振成像(MRI)双功能的药物运输系统,对于恶性肿瘤的早期检测与靶向化疗有重大意义。本文对磁化聚乙二醇-聚己内酯嵌段共聚物(PEG-PCL)胶束进行了初步研究:合成了不同纳米粒径的单分散性四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)颗粒和氨基聚乙二醇-聚己内酯(NH2-PEG-PCL),然后制备了载有超顺磁性铁氧化物(SPIO)的PEG-PCL胶束,并对其温度稳定性和磁性进行了研究。实验证明,制备的SPIO具有均匀的纳米尺寸和超顺磁性,符合医用MRI的基本要求;磁化PEG-PCL纳米胶束具温度耐受性,粒径适中,具有磁性,不易聚集,有望用作磁性药物载体,并预测可作为MRI探针。
o establish tumor-targeted and MRI-ultrasensitive drug delivery system is significant in the field of early diagnosis and targeted chemotherapy of tumors. In the article, Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPION)-loaded Poly(ethylene glycol)-b-Poly(ε-caprolactone) (PEG-b-PCl) polymeric micelles were studied. Different diameter monodisperse SPION and NH2-PEG-PCL were synthesized and SPION was loaded inside the hydrophobic core of each micelle for ultrasensitive MRI detection and the micelles stability was also studied with changing system temperature. All of the results prove SPIO-loaded polymeric micelles can act as delivery MRI contrast, and provide carriers for MRI tracking drug delivery.
