基于单因素与多因素的甘肃省建设用地扩张的驱动力分析

随着社会经济的发展，对土地需求越来越大，而建设用地的迅速扩张，造成一定的土地资源浪费，文章采用单因素和多因素相结合的分析方法，探讨了国民生产总值、产业结构、固定资产投入和人口等因素与建设用地的变化的相互关系，以期对土地资源的集约利用提供有益的借鉴。
With the development of social and economic, more and more demand for land, but construction land is expand quickly, resulting in a certain waste of land resources, this paper use methods of combination of single-factor and multivariate analysis, discuss factors such as the gross national product, industrial structure, investment of fixed assets and population are relationship between construction land ‘s changes , At last, hoping this paper could provide a help suggestion on the intensive use of land resources.
