施肥对高寒草甸土壤有机碳激发效应及净碳平衡的影响

Effects of fertilization on priming effect of soil organic carbon and net C balance in alpine meadows

外源基质的输入影响激发效应,进而影响土壤有机碳的动态,但影响机理复杂。本文通过添加标记葡萄糖,研究了不同施肥处理(CK、N、P和NP)对高寒草甸土壤有机碳激发效应及净碳平衡的影响。结果表明:施肥显著降低了土壤有机碳累积矿化量, N、P和NP处理的土壤碳累积矿化量比CK分别低16%、19%、32%;不同施肥处理下,外源有机碳输入均引起了正激发效应,各处理激发效应大小为P > CK > NP > N,其中P处理的累积激发量是其他处理的2倍左右;在所有施肥处理中,截留在土壤的葡萄糖碳高于激发效应造成的土壤有机碳损失量,净碳平衡是正向的,各处理间净碳平衡:NP > N > P > CK。上述结果表明:施肥减缓了土壤有机碳的分解;短期内会增加土壤有机碳含量,但是增加的这部分碳易被分解利用,并且会继续促进原有土壤有机碳的分解,因此更长时间尺度上的激发效应还需进一步探究。

he inputs of exogenous substrate affect the priming effect, which jointly influence the dynamics of soil organic carbon (SOC), but the mechanism is complex. In this study, we investigated the effects of fertilization (CK, N, P and NP) on priming effect of SOC and net carbon balance in alpine meadows by adding labelled glucose. The results indicated that fertilization significantly decreased the cumulative mineralization of SOC, and the accumulative mineralization of soil C treated with N、P and NP was 16%、19%、32% lower than CK treatment, respectively; inputs of exogenous organic C caused positive priming effect for all treatments, with the magnitude of P > CK > NP > N. However, the cumulative priming amount under P treatment was about twice that of other treatments. The glucose-C remained in the soil was higher than the SOC loss caused by priming in all fertilization treatments, which led to a positive net C balance with the order of NP > N > P > CK. In conclusion, the net C balance suggested that fertilization would increase SOC content in the short term, but the accumulated C in soil could be easily decomposed and would continue to accelerate the decomposition of SOC. Therefore, priming effect need to be further explored on longer time scales.
