巴西试验拉伸强度公式的三维有限元解
3D-FEM Solution to the Formula of Tensile Strength of Brazilian Test
针对现行巴西试验拉伸强度公式存在的问题,提出了三维条件下巴西试验计算公式的结构是在平面问题公式上增加一个修正系数,分析指出影响该修正系数的因素是试样的高径比和泊松比。通过40次三维有限元计算,考察了高径比和泊松比对试样应力分布的影响规律,拟合了巴西试验拉伸强度计算公式的修正系数表及适用范围较大的拉伸强度计算公式。
he formula for calculating tensile strength of rock material in Brazilian test for near 30 years is not quite right. In order to get the accurate formula for Brazilian test which is a 3D elastic problem, we added a correcting coefficient Y to the 2D classical formula. We found that Y is a function of the height-to-diameter ratio and Poisson’s ratio. Through 40 3D-FEM analyses, we got the information about how the height-to-diameter ratio and Poisson’s ratio influence the stress distribution of Brazilian specimen. The table of correcting coefficients and the formula suitable for wide range of height-to-diameter and Poisson’s ratio are presented.
