基于ANSYS的提升机主轴有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Hoist Spindle Based on ANSYS
本文以某矿井提升机主轴为研究对象,采用大型通用CAE软件ANSYS建立主轴有限元模型,并对四种典型工况下的主轴进行静力学分析。根据主轴在这些典型工况下的变形云图和应力分布规律,确定了主轴出现最大位移和应力的工况,并对危险截面进行了疲劳强度校核,进而提出三种优化方案对主轴进行优化设计。通过对主轴进行有限元分析,提高了主轴强度校核的精度和效率,保证了提升机工作的可靠性;通过对主轴优化设计,为实现主轴结构设计的合理性,提供了一定的理论依据。
In this paper, a mine hoist shaft is taken for the study,using large CAE software ANSYS to establish finite element model of the spindle, and four kinds of typical working conditions are conducted statics analysis. According to the deformation and stress distribution nephogram of main shaft under these typical working conditions , the paper determined the working conditions in which the shaft appeared the maximum vector displacement sum and von mises stress, and then carried out fatigue intensity check on dangerous cross sections, and put forward three kinds of optimization designs for the spindle. The finite element analysis of the main axis, improves the precision and efficiency of the spindle strength check , and also ensures the reliability of the hoist . The spindle optimization designs provide certain theoretical basis for realizing the rationality of the design of the spindle structure.
