管件液压成型技术在过去二十年中发展迅速,在汽车、卫浴、航空航天等领域得到了广泛运用。稳健的管件液压成型工艺设计不仅需要考虑工艺参数对成型工艺的影响,同时也需考虑工艺的不确定性对成型工艺的影响。本文以液压成型工艺中管件的最大壁厚减薄率为研究对象,研究了加载曲线、摩擦系数、材料参数等参数的不确定性对最大壁厚减薄率的影响;并在此基础上建立成形工艺的可靠性模型,基于该可靠性模型,以角填充率为约束条件,优化加载曲线,提高了管件液压成型工艺的可靠性。?????

In the last decade, tube hydroforming (THF) has made a great progress in the automotive and aerospace industry. Robust THF requires proper consideration of the influence of process uncertainty on process reliability. In this paper, the influence of the process uncertainty variables, such as load path, friction condition and material properties, in the THF process on the maximum thinning rate of tube wall thickness was studied. A reliability model for THF process was developed and the optimal load path with the maximum probability of process reliability was obtained using this model.
