Facile fabrication of a superamphiphobic surface on the aluminum substrate
自清洁表面的基础理论研究以及其实际应用都吸引了很多人的兴趣。对水的接触角大于150 滚动角小于10 的表面为超疏水性的表面,它显示了很好的自清洁性能。然而这些表面仍然能被有机液体润湿,本文中设计研究了一种超双疏的金属表面,对水以及多种有机液体接触角大于150 ,有良好的自清洁性能,文章最后给出对其进行雾化测试的结果。
Self-cleaning surfaces have drawn a lot of interest for both fundamental research and practical applications. Superhydrophobic coatings with contact angles greater than 150 and roll-off angles below 10 for water have been developed, based on low-energy surfaces and roughness on the nano- and micrometer scales. However, these surfaces are still wetted by organic liquids such as surfactant-based solutions, alcohols, or alkanes.We designed an easily fabricated, transparent, and oil-rebounding superamphiphobic surface on the aluminum substrate. We also discuss the fogging test exhibits that the superamphiphobic surface had no fogging .
