Mitochondria and Alzheimer’s disease
线粒体形态结构和功能的变化在AD的发生发展中起着重要的作用，本文从AD与线粒体形态结构异常（包括线粒体形态结构异常、线粒体基因突变）和AD与线粒体功能异常（包括线粒体能量代谢障碍、氧化应激、钙超载、神经元的兴奋性毒性、参与凋亡过程）等方面做一综述为本病的进一步研究奠定了基础。
hanges of the Morphological structures and functions of mitochondria take an important place in AD. This paper briefly outlines the abnormal morphological structures of mitochondria, mitochondrial gene mutation and dysfunction of mitochondria, including mitochondrial energy metabolic disturbance, oxidative stress, calcium overload, neuronal excitotoxicity, and apoptosis with AD , which lay the foundation for further study of AD.
