Structures and Properties of Blown Molding LLDPE films
研究了成核剂对LLDPE吹塑薄膜结晶结构,进而对薄膜的透明性和力学性能的影响。研究发现成核剂的加入使薄膜的晶核数量增加,结晶速度提高,晶粒细化,晶粒尺寸变小,但晶体的完善程度降低,结晶度有所下降,而结晶结构没有显著变化,但成核剂的种类和用量,对晶面衍射强度和垂直于晶面的微晶尺寸有着较大影响。成核剂的加入,基本上都能在不降低力学性能的前提下,使薄膜的雾度降低,透明性得到显著改善。综合各种因素考虑,用于薄膜透明改性的成核剂用量应在0.5wt%左右为佳。
he effect of nucleation agents on the crystalline structure, mechanical properties and transparency of blown molded LLDPE films were evaluated. The results indicated that with the addition of nucleation agents, the crystalline nuclei and crystallization rate increased, while the size and perfection degree of crystals decreased, which depressed the crystallinity of the matrix. The crystalline structure remained almost unchanged, but the characters of nucleation agents and the loading content, do influenced the diffraction intensity and corresponding crystallite size. Addition of these nucleation agents decreased the haze of films without sacrificing the mechanical properties. Considering all these factors, the loading content of nucleation agents should be controlled within 0.5wt% when improving the transparency is of major concern.
