永磁同步直线电机的模糊PID控制研究

分析永磁同步直线电机(PMLSM)的数学模型,推导出在d-q轴上直线电机的电压方程和推力方程,提出了采用三闭环的控制系统。结合传统的PID控制算法和模糊控制算法的优点,根据直线电机的特性和可能的不确定因素,为控制系统中的速度环设计了一套自适应模糊PID控制系统,建立模糊推理规则,实现对速度环的模糊PID控制。并在Matlab/Simulink平台上建立电机的仿真模型以及整个控制系统的仿真模型,对比分析模糊PID控制和传统PID控制。仿真实验结果表明,本文所设计的速度环模糊PID控制器能显著提高直线电机的响应性能。

Based on the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMLSM) mathematical mode, voltage equations and thrust equation of the linear motor in the d-q axis is derived and a three-loop control system is proposed. a self-adaptive fuzzy PID control system for velocity-loop is designed by combined the advantages of traditional PID control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm. According to the characteristics of PMLSM and possible uncertainties Fuzzy inference rules are designed for realizing fuzzy PID control of velocity-loop. The simulation model of PMLSM and the entire control system are built in Matlab/Simulink platform in order to analyse fuzzy PID control and traditional PID control. The Matlab simulation results shows that the fuzzy PID which is designed for the velocity-loop of PMLSM can significantly improve the static and dynamic performance of PMLSM.
