直线共轭内啮合齿轮齿廓建模研究
Study on Tooth Profile Modeling of Straight Conjugate Internal Gear
直线共轭内啮合齿轮副主要应用于中低压内啮合齿轮泵中,由于齿根处过渡曲线数学方程描述复杂,所以完整齿廓的精确建模困难。依据直齿滚刀包络加工共轭齿面的原理,联合运用CATIA平台的PDG、ASD、DMU、DSE和GSD等5个功能模块构建了直线共轭内啮合齿轮完整齿廓的建模方法。通过与理论齿面进行比较,得到了构建齿面的精度,验证了建模方法的准确性。
Straight conjugate internal gear pair is mainly used in the pump. It is difficult to contribute accurate modeling of the complete tooth profile for the complex mathematical equations of the transition curve . By imitating the hobbing process of conjugate gear,the complete tooth profile was built with PDG, ASD, DMU, DSE and GSD in CATIA.Comparied with theoretical tooth surface, the error of built tooth surface was obtained, and the modeling accuracy was verified at the same time.
