石墨烯下铜衬底的氧化及其应用
Oxidation of graphene-covered copper substrates and its applications
石墨烯具有独特的物理化学性质,为金属的防腐提供了新的机遇和希望。我们通过拉曼光谱和低能电子衍射等实验手段研究了石墨烯下的铜衬底的氧化,观察到石墨烯可以在相当长时间内保护铜衬底,衬底的氧化速率会被许多因素影响,包括石墨烯的层数、石墨烯的缺陷密度以及铜衬底的晶面取向。衬底被氧化后,光与样品的耦合效率大大提高,基于石墨烯/ Cu<sub>2</sub>O的光电探测器的响应度为115.7 mA / W,远远高于纯石墨烯光电探测器。这项研究为无转移的石墨烯器件的应用提供了可能。
Graphene with unique physical, chemical properties provides new anti-corrosion opportunities for metals. We studied the oxidation of copper substrates under graphene by Raman spectroscopy and low energy electron diffraction. Graphene can prevent the Cu substrates from oxidation for a prolonged period. The oxidation rate of the substrate is affected by many factors, including the number of graphene layers, the defect density of graphene, and the facet orientation of the copper substrate. After the substrate is oxidized, the coupling efficiency of light and the sample is greatly improved. The measuered responsivity of such a graphene / Cu<sub>2</sub>O photodetector is 115.7 mA / W, much higher than that of pure graphene photodetectors. This research opens the way for transfer-free graphene devices.
