环境诱导的DNA甲基化及其可遗传性研究
Research on environmental induction of DNA methylation and its heritability
NA甲基化是表观遗传修饰的重要机制之一,能够通过影响基因转录和表达来调节生理活动,对植物响应和适应环境变化具有重要意义。本文首先介绍了DNA甲基化的涵义、分析技术及数据统计方法,重点对植物DNA甲基化的可逆性与可遗传性、DNA序列的遗传变异与表观遗传变异间的关系进行了综述,并对其适应价值与进化意义进行了探讨。
NA methylation is an important mechanism of epigenetic modifications, which is able to regulate physiological activity by affecting gene transcription and expression, and has important significance for plant to response and adaptation to changing environment. This paper firstly introduced the implication of DNA methylation, the analysis techniques and statistical calculating method of data, reviewed focusing on the relationship between reversible and heritable, genetic variation of DNA sequence and epigenetic variation of DNA methylation in plant, and then discussed the adaptive value and evolutionary significance of DNA methylation.
