本文首先介绍了自动测试系统与虚拟仪器的特点,然后从系统结构、硬件组成和软件设计等三个方面详细阐述了本系统的设计和实现方案。计算机通过GPIB总线与测试仪表进行通信,并根据用户使用的测试序列控制仪表发出测试信号,以及对手机被测数据进行采集和测试,最后显示测试结果。系统方案基于通用性、可扩展性考虑,使系统在实现自动化的同时更易于扩展和升级。
his paper introduces the characteristic of automatic test system and virtual instrument. The system is then stated in detail from three aspects, which are system flame, hardware construction and software design. Computer can communicate with the instrument with GPIB bus, controlling the instrument based the test sequences which used by people, completing the test data acquisition, processing, and finally displaying the test results. The schemes are consider basing on the current and expansible characteristic. So the system realizes automatism of testing, and it can easily expand and lever up in the same time.
