Synthesis of porous silicas with metal-organic gel as soft template
具有微介孔的多孔二氧化硅可以由正硅酸乙酯在金属有-机凝胶软模板存在的情况下合成。在溶胶-凝胶转录中作为软模板的凝胶容易除去。所得多孔二氧化硅由直径大概为10-20纳米的纳米微粒组成,这些纳米微粒进而聚集形成多孔结构。实验表明所合成的二氧化硅BET比表面积高达700 m2 g-1。
Porous silicas with micro- and mesoporosity have been synthesized from tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) in the presence of metal-organic gel template. The gel is used as a soft template for sol-gel transcription, which can be readily removed. The silicas consist of nanoparticles with ca. 10-20 nm diameter, which aggregate to form porous architectures. The silicas have high BET surface areas up to 700 m2 g-1.
