流动调整器是一种能有效减少直管段长度,提高流量计测量精度的设备。本文利用商业软件fluent对比了Etoile流动调整器与NEL流动调整器的整流效果,并且提出了一套流动调整器的评判标准。结果发现,NEL流动调整器的整流效果更明显,在15D处就可以达到完全发展的紊流分布。当Re增加到500000时,Re数的增加对NEL流动调整器的影响逐渐减弱。Etoile流动调整器对不规则的紊流流动也有一定的整流效果,但在20D范围内无法达到完全发展的紊流分布。

The flow conditioner is an installation which can reduce the length of straight pipe and improve the accuracy of flowmeter effectively. In this paper the straightening performance of both the Etoile straightener and NEL flow conditioner have been compared by the commercial software Fluent. The simulation results show that the NEL flow conditioner straightens the downstream flow more effectively and produce a fully- developed velocity distribution at the location of 15 pipe diameter downstream. With the Reynolds number increasing to 500000, the effect on NEL flow conditioner is weakened gradually. The Etoile straightener is also valid on the reduction of turbulent disturbance, but the fully-developed velocity distribution can't be achieved in the range of 20 pipe diameter downstream.
