医护一体化模式指导1例脱疽患者中西医结合疼痛护理体会
Holistic Guidance of Medical Care A Case of Diabetes Mellitus Foot with Infection Pain Nursing Experience of Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine
目的 探讨医护协作护理模式在糖尿病足合并感染的中西医结合疼痛护理。方法 选取我科1例糖尿病足合并严重静息痛患者，将医护一体化查房与医护一体化护理措施相结合，进行中西医结合疼痛护理。结果 住院期间通过医护一体化查房，对病人进行中医情志护理和归属健康指导，结合中医护理外治方法，经过15 d的治疗及精心护理，患者局部疮面基本稳定，静息痛基本消失，创面愈合趋势良好出院。结论 运用医护一体化护理模式，给予患者全方面、整体连续性的护理，使患者缓解疼痛减轻痛苦，提高生活质量，缩短病痛时间，值得临床推广与应用。
ObjectiveTo explore the mode of nursing cooperation between doctors and nurses in pain nursing of diabetes mellitus patients with foot infection. Methods A case of diabetes mellitus foot complicated with infection was selected in our department. Conclusion The application of integrated nursing model of medical and nursing care, giving patients comprehensive and continuous nursing, so that patients can relieve pain and reduce pain, improve the quality of life, shorten the pain time, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
