床垫层状结构及硬度对睡眠质量影响的研究

床垫层状结构和床垫硬度直接影响着床垫对人体的支撑特性,从而进一步影响入睡难易程度和睡眠持续性。本研究通过主观评价法结合睡眠各项指标(睡眠结构、睡眠行为、睡眠舒适性)来研究床垫层状结构特性和床垫硬度是否会对健康人群的睡眠质量造成影响。睡眠试验中,选择11名正常的女性睡眠志愿者,18张实验床垫。受试者分别在睡眠实验室内的18张实验床垫上试睡4晚以上。在这期间,利用多导睡眠仪结合远红外摄像机观测受试者夜间睡眠行为。同时,通过受试者的睡眠日记和视觉模拟评分法来收集主观睡眠数据。研究结果表明受试者睡眠过程中平均每夜仰卧位睡姿的时间(53.02%)长于侧卧睡姿(45.88%)。床垫层状结构和特性对睡眠质量的影响比床垫硬度更加明显。中国人普遍偏好仰卧睡姿,通过设计符合人体工程学睡姿的床垫来提高仰卧睡姿的舒适性对中国人的睡眠健康有着重要的意义。

he structural properties of mattress bedding layer and the mattress firmness directly affect support properties of the mattress on human body, and further influence sleep initiation and maintenance. This study combined subjective evaluation and sleep registrations to investigate whether the structural properties of mattress bedding layer and mattress firmness affected sleep quality in healthy subjects. Altogether, 11 normal female sleepers participated in actual sleep experiments on 18 experimental mattresses. Subjects spent more than 4 nights on each of the 18 mattresses in the sleep laboratory. During these days, polysomngraphy was performed and subject body movements were recorded using Ingra-red video cameras. Subjective sleep data were gathered by means of self-report sleep diaries and visual analogue scales. Results showed that average amount of time per night that spent in supine posture (53.02%) were longer than that in lateral posture (45.88%). Mattress bedding layer and its properties influenced sleep quality even more than mattress firmness. Chinese people preferred to sleep in supine posture, the improvement comfort in supine position by means of ergonomic mattress design will do favor sleep.
