不确定层次分析法在斜拉桥状态评估中的应用

本文将系统工程中的不确定型层次分析法应用于大跨径斜拉桥桥梁的状态评估中。不确定型层次分析法是一种实用的多准则决策方法,它利用区间数建立判断矩阵,与传统的层次分析法相比能够更好地反映桥梁评估中的模糊性和不确定性。另外,在计算区间数判断矩阵时选用了最优传递矩阵理论,使评估指标的权重结果可信度强、准确度高,因而适用于大跨径桥梁的状态评估。本文通过哈尔滨松花江斜拉桥状态评估的实例,证明了该评估方法的可行性与实用性
Uncertain type of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in system engineering was applied to the condition assessment of long span bridges. Uncertain type of AHP is a practical decision-making method with multi-criteria. By making use of interval number judgment matrix, it is supposed to reflect the fuzziness and uncertainty of bridge assessment better than the traditional AHP. In addition, the optimal transitive matrix is adopted to calculate interval number judgment matrix, which makes weight of indices more reliable and accurate. Therefore, it is applicable to the condition assessment of cable-stayed bridges. The feasibility and applicability of uncertain type of AHP was proved by taking the condition assessment of Harbin Songhua River Bridge as an example.
