In order to meet the modern factory to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, the demand for automation control.This paper introduces the S7-200 PLC to control the transhipment of the core composition of car control system, including its hardware and software design, and analysis of its characteristics. The system embodied in the actual production of a high level of reliability and positioning accuracy, the basic car control to meet the transit needs, has a good application value.
