Web 3.0环境下高校机构知识库的知识组织研究
Research on Knowledge Organization of University Institutional Repository Base on Web 3.0
目前机构知识库已经广泛应用，尤其是在Web 2.0的背景之下得到了迅速发展。但是其在知识组织方面依然存在着知识对象描述简单、浏览方式单一、质量无法保证等问题。Web 3.0的出现为机构知识库的知识组织带来了新的技术，尤其是语义网的应用，对解决上述问题以及实现智能化、个性化具有重要的意义。
t present, Institutional Repository has been used widely.It got rapid development especially in the context of Web 2.0.But it still has many problems in Knowledge organization. For example,the descriptions of knowledge are simple , the ways of browsing data are single, the quality of the knowledge can not be guaranteed and so on. The emergence of Web 3.0 brings new technology, especially the application of semantic web. It has important significance to solve the above problems and realize the intelligent and individuation.
