自然杀伤(NK)细胞,是一类特殊的淋巴细胞,对先天性免疫系统和适应性免疫系统均有重要作用,它无须抗原致敏便可直接识别杀伤肿瘤细胞。NK细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞的机制多种多样,通常包括直接的细胞毒作用、抗体依赖的细胞介导细胞毒作用(ADCC)、分泌多种效应细胞因子等。随着人们对NK细胞的分子生物学研究深入发展,NK细胞已经逐渐应用于肿瘤临床治疗。本篇综述对NK细胞作用的机制及基于NK细胞的肿瘤免疫治疗进行了总结。

Natural killer (NK) cell is a special type of lymphocytes, which plays important role in the innate immune system and the adaptive immune system for directly identifing and killimg tumor cells without antigen sensitization. There are diverse mechanisms in NK cells-induced tumor cells suppression, including direct cytotoxic activity, antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), secretion of multiple effector cytokines and so on. With the development of molecular biology of NK cells, NK cells have been used in clinical therapy. This review summarizes the mechanisms of NK cell activity and the treatment of tumor immunotherapy based on NK cells.
