本文给出了一种经皮给药电穿孔仪的新的设计方法.本仪器利用电容充放电产生高压脉冲,通过单片机控制脉冲的宽度、幅值以及脉冲率的选择。通过不同电容的组合可以实现高低储能的选择。可产生脉冲率分别为1、2、5、10、20、30、40ppm,1?9999个幅度为0?400V的指数或矩形脉冲,且脉宽us?ms连续可调。本仪器可用于离体经皮给药电穿孔技术研究。

In this paper, we give a new design project of Electroporation Apparatus for Transdermal Drug Delivery. This apparatus can produce the high voltage pulse by refreshing and discharging of the capacitor, with a microcontroller to control the pulse width and the selection of the amplitude and the pulse rate. It also can carry out the selection of high and low energy preserved through the combination of different capacitors .It can produce the pulse rate which can be 1,2,5,10,20,30,40 ppm and 1-9999 index or rectangle pulses of 0-400V that the pulse width (us- ms) is continuously adjustable. This apparatus can be used for the research of the transdermal drug delivery without body by electroporation.
