基于高斯模糊核渲染离焦图像的研究与实现
Research and Implementation of Rendering Defocus Image Based on Gauss Blur Kernel
离焦图像是指具有离焦模糊的图像,可以应用于深度估计、高光谱重建等计算机视觉方面的任务,离焦图像可以通过全聚焦图像渲染,即全聚焦图像与点扩散函数卷积得到。本文通过研究高斯模糊核作为点扩散函数的渲染方式,实现了逐点渲染和分层渲染两种方法,并比较了两种渲染方法得到的离焦图像与真实离焦图像间的差异。本文提出的使用高斯模糊核作为点扩散函数的逐点渲染和分层渲染两种渲染方法具有较高的创新性与研究价值,其中分层渲染方法在准确性和运行速度上优于逐点渲染方法,可以应用于模拟离焦图像的生成,为下游计算机视觉任务提供离焦图像数据集,具有较强的实用性。
efocus image refers to the image with defocus blur, which can be applied to depth estimation, hyperspectral reconstruction and other computer vision tasks. Defocus image can be rendered by all-in-focus image, i.e., convolution of the all-in-focus image with a point spread function. In this paper, by studying the rendering method of Gaussian blur kernel as point spread function,point rendering and layer renderingare implemented, and then the differences between the real defocus image and the defocus images obtained by these two rendering methods are compared. The proposed point and layer rendering methods using Gaussian blur kernel as point spread function are highly innovative and valuable, among which the layer rendering method is better than the point rendering method in terms of accuracy and running speed, and can be applied to simulate the generation of defocus images and provide defocus image datasets for downstream computer vision tasks, which has strong practicality.
