Study on the model of the uptake rate in dyeing of cotton fabric based on LS-SVM

针对棉针织物染色上染率预测中存在非线性建模困难及预测精度不高等问题,结合棉针织物的染色机理,确定染色上染率模型的输入和输出,基于最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)建立非线性上染率模型。通过实验验证了该方法的预测精度较高,表明了基于小样本LS-SVM建模方法的可行性。

For reason that it is difficult to develop a non-linear model for predicting the uptake rate in dyeing of cotton fabric and the conventional prediction method can not achieve the desired accuracy of it. The paper, in light of the features of cotton fabric ,getting the inputs and outputs of LS-SVM ,then set up the non-linear model based on LS-SVM. According to the tests, the prediction of the model is accuracy. Setting up a model with a small sample size based on LS-SVM was verified by real examples.
