Nowadays, with the improvement of the market economy and legal system in China, the ethic questions of enterprises have attracted extensive attention of the society. The enterprise ethics management can coordinate the relationship between enterprises and related benefit parties, thus realizing the healthy growth of enterprises. This article makes use of the ethics management questionnaire, investigating the enterprise’s employee of Steel, Shipbuilding, Chemical engineering and Manufacturing industries in Jinan and Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. The inquisition discovers that the enterprise of china exists some ethics questions, such as the ethics behavior of enterprise infringes upon the legal rights of employee and consumer in the management ethics behavior and the management values of enterprise, result in serious society problems; and the employee of enterprise lack some ethics problems in the ethics morals and the ethics behavior aspect of themselves. Under the condition of Chinese market economy system is continuously perfect, the enterprise of china wants to carry out the healthy development of the itself, which should be set up right value of management, improving the management of enterprise; Raise the ethics morals character of enterprise’s governor; Strengthen the ethics morals education of enterprise, raising the employee’s ethics morals character to carry out improving the ethics management of the enterprise.
