壳聚糖絮凝剂对Cu2+的吸附性能

研究了利用脱乙酰基壳聚糖絮凝剂絮凝除铜的方法.考察了氢氧化物、酸度、离子浓度、絮凝时间以及絮凝温度对去除率的影响。当pH=8时,用壳聚糖吸附铜离子,水样铜含量低于100mg/L时,除铜率在99%以上;即使铜离子浓度达到400mg/L,残液浓度液符合国家废水排放标准。用碱絮凝沉淀,pH=11时,除铜率达100%,耗碱量大,且不符合废水排放的酸度要求。还进一步探讨了壳聚糖絮凝除铜的机理。

Abstract: The method of removal Cu2+ from wastewater using chitosan as flocculants was described. The effects of hydroxid, pH, ion concentration of Cu2+, flocculating time and flocculating temperature were investigated respectively. When pH is 8 and the ion concentration of Cu2+ is not more than 100mg/L, the removal rate of Cu2+ is higher than 99%. Even when the ion concentration of Cu2+ is 400mg/L,the remainder ion concentrations are less than the drainage standard fixed by P.R. China.
