本文研究了Eu2+离子掺杂的新五硼酸盐Na3SrB5O10的光致发光性质。由于结构中含有BO4功能基团,Na3SrB5O10的特殊晶格结构可有效在空气中稳定低价态稀土Eu2+离子,发射峰值在425nm左右的蓝色光。通过基质结构研究和光谱分析发现,Eu2+在晶格中占据Sr2+的位置,随掺杂浓度增加,发射波长向短波方向移动。Eu2+离子间的能量共振迁移减弱了基质与激活剂之间的相互作用,导致了较低的猝灭浓度。

In this paper, photoluminescence of Eu2+ doped new pentaborate Na3SrB5O10 was investigated. Being containing BO4 functional groups, the bivalent Eu could be stabilized without reducing atmosphere because of the special structure of Na3SrB5O10, and had a effective blue emission of 425 nm. The structure of host and photoluminescence were studied. It was found that the Eu2+ occupied the positions of Sr2+ ions, and the emissions exhibit blue shifts with increasing doped Eu2+ ions. The energy syntonic transfer of Eu2+ ions weakened the interaction of crystal field and activator, and leaded to a low quencing concentration.
