Mn掺杂纳米TiO2的制备及其光催化性能
Preparation and Photocatalytic Properties of Mn Doped TiO2
本文采用水热法,用Ti(OC4H9)4 和 MnC2O4oH2O作为前躯体,制备Mn掺杂的纳米TiO2催化剂Mn-TiO2。该催化剂为20nm的球体,尺寸分布均匀,且无需煅烧就可以直接应用于可见光下催化钙羧酸污染物的降解。结果表明,45分钟时催化剂催化降解钙羧酸的效率达到97%,远大于600℃煅烧后催化剂的催化效率(65%)。本文为制备高效低成本的催化剂提供了一种简单可行的方法。
Element Mn doped TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized in a mixture of Ti (OC4H9)4 and MnC2O4oH2O using hydrothermal method. The product consisted of nanospheres had an average size of 20nm and was used to catalyze the degradation pollutant calcium acid. The results showed that the photocatalytic efficiency of products is 97%. When the product is calcined under 600℃, the photocatalytic efficiency is 65%, which is much lower than product without calcinations. This paper provides a low-cost and convenient method to synthesize high-efficient catalyst.
