Virtual Assembly Process Simulation and Assembly Quality Prediction Technology for Complex Product
针对生产现场的需求和虚拟装配技术的发展趋势,提出了一种集精度、物理特性以及结构件与线缆管路仿真分析一体化的虚拟装配过程模拟方法,并给出了该方法的总体工作流程。提出了基于标准数据格式的CAD系统与虚拟装配系统之间的信息集成技术、虚拟环境下的线缆的离散控制点建模及动态布局技术、虚拟环境下的带公差的产品建模方法和装配精度预分析技术、零部件物性建模与装配仿真技术等。指出虚拟装配技术能充分利用人的经验和感知,从过程和物理特性的角度实时地模拟装配现场和装配过程中可能出现的各种问题和现象,为实现产品的科学装配和装配质量预测提供了有效途径。
ccording to the requirement of shop-floor and the development of virtual assembly technology, an integrated assembly process simulation method including assembly precision, physical character, cable harness and tube assembly simulation is put forward, and the workflow of this method is introduced. The information integration method between CAD system and virtual assembly system based on standard model data, flexible cable harness modeling and routing technology based on discrete control point, product tolerance model and assembly precision pre-analysis technology in virtual environment are researched. Lastly, it points out that virtual assembly technology can take full advantage of the experience and apperception of human, so as to realize the assembly simulation for all kinds of problem in shop-floor from process and physically based modeling view, as well as providing a way for realization complex product’s scientific assembly and assembly quality prediction.
