增韧改性环氧乙烯基酯树脂基复合材料界面性能的研究
Study on Interfacial Properties of the Toughening Modification of Epoxy Vinyl Ester Resin Matrix Composite Materials
研究了T300-6K、T700-12K碳纤维和S2高强玻璃纤维的表面特性,Swancor980增韧改性环氧乙烯基酯树脂的化学活性,并对三种纤维及其平纹布与Swancor980树脂复合材料的界面性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明S2高强玻璃纤维的单纤维及平纹织物复合材料界面剪切强度和层间剪切应力均强于碳纤维复合材料。而T300-6K体系和T700-12K体系界面性能相当,前者稍弱于后者。
he surface properties of the T300-6K, T700-12K carbon fibers and the S2 high-strength glass fiber , the chemical activity of the Swancor980 toughening modification of epoxy vinyl ester resin were characterized. The Interfacial properties of three fibers and their plain weave fabrics reinforced Swancor980 resin composites were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the interfacial shear strength and interlaminar shear stress of the single fiber and plain weave fabric of S2 high-strength glass fiber reinforced composite are better than the carbon fiber system. The interfacial properties of the T300-6K system and the T700-12K system were in the same range and the former is weaker than the latter.
