基于旅客选择行为的航班计划模型及算法

航班计划对旅客需求主要存在两类较大的影响,即航班频率对旅客无约束需求的影响和旅客需求在给定航班运力不足情况下的分流。本文将这两类影响统一归结到旅客选择行为模型上,并将其与航班计划模型融合为一个统一的模型,以正确考虑航班计划和旅客需求的交互作用,从而更好地利用航空公司的运力。本文建立的模型涉及非线性约束和整数变量,是一个混合整数非线性规划模型。为了实现对大规模实际问题的快速求解,本文设计并实现了基于分支定界法和序列二次规划算法的求解算法。实际计算结果表明,对于国内大型航空公司的航班网络,本文算法能够在较短时间内完成其航班计划模型的计算,具有很高的应用价值。
n airline's schedule impacts passenger demands in two major ways. The first one is the flight frequency can affect the unconstrained demand in a market. The second one is that the passenger demand on a given flight can be spilled to other flights if it is larger than its flight capacity. The paper combines these two types of impacts into one passenger choice behavior model and integrates it with airline scheduling design as a unified model, in order to consider the correct interaction between airline scheduling and passenger demand, and better utilize airline's capacity. The model is a Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming Model, which is solved by a solution algorithm based on the Branch-and-Bound method and the Sequential Quadratic Programming method. For the flight network of a major domestic airline, the algorithm can be completed in a short time for the airline scheduling.
