电子商务购物网站用户体验模型研究

Research on User Experience Model of E-commerce Website

随着用户体验越来越受到人们的重视,用户体验的研究也受到企业与学术界的关注。对于企业来说,对影响用户体验的影响因素及其形成过程缺乏清晰的认识,导致其在改善用户体验方面无从下手,而学术研究上关于用户体验形成要素、形成过程则缺乏统一的认识。本文在总结前人研究的基础上提出了网络购物用户体验的影响要素,分别为系统(System)要素、用户(User)要素和情境要素(Context)三大类,并进一步细分出诸多层级属性。在影响要素的基础上构建用户体验的形成过程模型,该模型补充完善了以往关于用户体验过程的研究,并首次将决策理论模型(ADM)引入到用户体验的形成过程中来。本文也为企业加强用户体验方面的研究提供了深入的方向。

With the popularity of user experience among the masses, it has received more and more attentions from both enterprises and academia. As for the enterprises, efforts taken in improving user experience were insignificant due to a lack of clear understanding of user experience elements and processes; academic research has not received a common understanding too. So, based on former researches, this paper proposes three key elements that affect online shopping user experience and divide these elements into detailed factors. Furthermore, this study establishes a process model of user experience, the model supplements former studies and for the first time introduce ADM model into user experience research. The research also indicates directions for future research.
