本文针对重庆某高层综合办公楼机房面积小、进排风位置布置受限,导致夏季多联机空调系统不能正常运行的问题,考虑多联机组正常运行的技术要求以及甲方可接受的改造条件,根据现场情况提出几种可选用的室外机布置方案,运用CFD数值模拟软件对室外机机房进出风口区域热环境进行模拟与分析,提出适宜的改造方案。CFD辅助设计能直观地预测各种改造方案室外机组运行热环境,可降低工程建设改造成本,避免盲目施工。

In this paper, the background focus on a high-rise comprehensive office building in Chongqing that owns a small machine room, and the layout of the air inlet and exhaust is limited. This leads to the problem that the VRV air-conditional system cannot be run normally in summer. Considering the technical requirements for the operation of VRV air-conditional system, the acceptable conditions for investors and the site situation, several outdoor machine layout schemes are proposed. Therefore, this paper uses CFD numerical simulation software to simulate and analyze the inlet and outlet area thermal environment, and propose a suitable renovation program. The numerical simulation software can intuitively predict the outdoor thermal environment of different programs, which contributes to reduce costs, and avoid blind construction.
