V型导流结构的环形喷动床颗粒喷动实验研究

一种新颖的环形喷动床,由内外两个同心的竖立圆筒组成,在环形空间底部设置多个喷风口,在喷风口处设置V型导流室。研究颗粒在这种新颖的环形喷动床内的流动特性,探讨喷口结构、颗粒种类以及床层载料量对环形喷动床颗粒喷动特性的影响。实验结果表明:颗粒在环形喷动床内分为三个明显不同的区域,即V型导流室内的颗粒填充移动区、密相喷动流化区以及稀相夹带区。当颗粒出现分区喷动后,随床内载料量的增多,填充移动区的高度维持不变,始终等于导流板的高度,而密相喷动区的高度不断增加。风量和颗粒种类对床层最大喷动量、密相喷动高度以及床层压力分布规律有着十分重要的影响。采用不同的布风结构时,在相同的载料量下,直口布风时的密相喷动区域更大,床内各测点的平均压力大于斜口喷风的相应测点压力。
novel annular spouted bed, which consists of two concentric hollow cylinders with different diameter, was developed. There are some inlets and V shape deflector symmetrically arranged in the spacing of bottom surface between the two hollow cylinders for spouting obliquely. The flow behavior of particles in the spouted bed was investigated. The effects of inlets structure, different kinds of particle or size, hold-ups on the spouted fluidizing behavior of particle in the annular spouted bed were discussed. The results show that there are three different regions of particles flow in the annular spouted bed, the packed moving region, the dense-phase spouted fluidizing region and dilute-phase entrainment region on top of annular space. With the increase of hold-ups, the packed moving region is limited in V shape deflector, but the dense-phase spouted fluidizing region tend to increase in the annular spouted bed. On the condition of same hold-ups, the height and the pressure drop of each region tend to decrease with the particle size of feed material. The structure of air inlets and deflector has important affect to the heights and the pressure drop of each region in the annular spouted bed.
