人工免疫在复杂工业生产过程故障诊断中的应用研究
n Approach to Fault Diagnosis for Complicated Industrial Process Based on Artificial Immune
针对TEP(Tennessee Eastman Problem)过程是实际工业过程的控制案例,具备了复杂工业生产过程所具备的特点,提出了一种主元分析与人工免疫相结合的故障诊断方法。利用主元分析进行特征提取,降低数据维数;利用免疫系统抗原抗体识别原理进行故障诊断。仿真实验表明,该方法可以对TEP过程的故障作出准确诊断。
EP(Tennessee Eastman Problem) is a complicated realistic control case of industrial process. An approach to fault diagnosis combining PCA(Principal Component Analysis)with Artificial Immune is advanced where PCA will abstract the characteristic and reduce the dimensionality of the data and Immune Theory will be used in fault diagnosis. Simulation result shows that this method is practicable.
