物联网应用分析和流量收集

近年来,物联网呈现快速发展的趋势,在带动经济发展、促进行业领域技术升级、提升社会整体信息化建设等方面都发挥了重要作用,其应用种类覆盖了我们生产生活的方方面面。如今物联网终端设备数量增长迅速,由此产生了大规模的物联网数据流量,并且呈现出与传统互联网相异的流量特性。从改善当前的系统的角度考虑,深入分析物联网应用及流量特征,对物联网网络建设、QoS、网络资源分配、网络性能管理等都具有很重要的意义。本文着眼于于智慧城市下的多个物联网应用场景,在分析调研各场景流量产生规律的基础上,在仿真平台上设置智慧城市的物联网的网络拓扑结构,并分别收集子业务流量及总流量,通过对收集到的流量的计算分析得到物联网业务流的自相似性等特征。

In recent years, the Internet of Things presents a trend of rapid development, which plays an important role in accelerating economic development, promoting technology upgrading and enhancing the comprehensive social information construction. It has covered series aspects of our live and production. With the number of IoT terminal equipment increasing rapidly, massive traffic data produced by IoT devices have different features from traditional Internet traffic. To improve the current system and design new network applications, it is necessary to analyze IoT traffic characteristicses. It also has important significance to the construction of IoT, Qulity of Security, cyber source distribution and network performance management. This paper focus on the application scenarios in the smart city, based on the analysis of traffic generation rules on each scene, deploying IoT business on the simulation platform and collecting sub traffic and total trafiic. Besides, we calculate traffic self-similarity and analysis other characteristic.
