项目进度计划在项目管理中有着非常重要的地位,良好的进度计划能对项目起到有效地指导作用。本文针对资源限制下项目网络进度计划的资源优化问题,在分析并建立资源分配关键因素指标的基础上,运用灰色理论计算各作业资源分配优先级。通过引入资源分配优先规则对经典RCPSP模型进行优化研究,并结合算例进行计算分析。结果表明,考虑进度影响因素的多资源进度优化模型在解决资源冲突问题上是科学可行的。

Project schedule plays a very important position in project management, good schedule can be effective to the project. This paper focuses on the project resources optimization problem of the project schedule which is limited by resources. Base on analysis and constructing the key factors for resource allocation index, we use the grey theory to calcule the priority of the resource allocation for each task. Through the introduction of resource allocation priority rule, we optimize the classical PCPSP model, and combine with an example by calculation and analysis. The results show that the RCPSP optimization model with influence factors is scientific and feasible in solving the resource conflict problem.
