pk与Ppk两种过程能力指数的对比分析研究
Research on the Analysis of the Two Process Capacity Index Cpk and Ppk
在进行统计质量控制的时候，工序能力指数Cpk(Index of Process Capability)与过程能力指数Ppk(Index of Process Performance)是评价过程及改进方向和目标的重要指标，但在实际操作过程中，Cpk和Ppk容易被混淆。本文通过两种指标的定义及计算过程的比较，分析其差异，并利用SPC(Statistical Process Control)统计过程控制软件中这两个指标的应用范围情况进行了示例说明，更为直观地显示了它们的联系与区别。
Index of Process Capability and Index of Process Performance are the most important index in statistical quality control, they can provide information to evaluate and improve the process. But in the actual operation process, these two indexes are confused easily. In this paper, shows the diversity on definition and the calculation of Cpk and Ppk, using the Statistical Process Control software in a real factory makes a demonstration of these two indexes’ application scope, which makes a more intuitionistic distinguish.
