分散剂对共沉淀法合成的YAG纳米粉体的改性研究
Modification of YAG nanopowders with dispersant prepared by co-precipitation method
为了改善YAG纳米粉体的分散性,以聚丙烯酸(PAA)为分散剂,通过共沉淀法制备了YAG纳米粉体。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了PAA分散剂对YAG前驱体粉末的团聚、YAG粉体的物相、形貌和分散性的影响。结果表明:加入PAA分散剂有利于分散前驱体颗粒,使前驱体煅烧时不易团聚,得到分散性更好的YAG粉体,且分散剂不会影响煅烧后YAG粉体的纯度,有利于后期YAG透明陶瓷的制备。
Yttrium aluminum garnet nanopowders were prepared by co-precipitation with polyacrylic acid(PAA) as the dispersant in order to improve the dispersibility. The YAG precursor and calcined powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to study the effect of dispersant PAA on the agglomaration of the YAG precursor, as well as the phase and dispersibility of YAG nanopowders. The results show that adding PAA dispsersant can reduce the degree of agglomeration of the YAG precursor and improve the dispersibility of YAG powders. Also it can't introduce any impurity or second phase to YAG powders during calcination, which is benefical to the preparation of YAG transparent ceramics.
