炭黑母炼胶的湿法制备工艺及性能研究

通过以天然胶乳为原料,和经胶体磨分散制备的炭黑N330填料浆共混合,后过筛、脱水、干燥,制得炭黑母炼胶。研究了炭黑N330的分散性及其母炼胶硫化后的试样(WET-CMB)的力学性能。结果表明,使用胶体磨分散后的填料浆中炭黑N330粒度分布集中,颗粒均匀。经SEM分析,其硫化胶的拉伸断面基本无空穴,炭黑分散均匀。与传统干法母炼胶硫化后的试样(DRY-CMB)相比,力学性能相近,耐老化性较好。炭黑填充量为60phr时,磨耗指数达最大值,耐磨性能显著得到改善。

he carbon black masterbatch was prepared with NR latex as raw material ,blending CB slurry through colloid mill dispersion,after screening, washing, dehydrating, drying. We study the dispersion of N330 and the mechanical property of carbon black vulcanized masterbatch (WET-CMB).The result shows that,the dispersion of carbon black N330, using colloid mill, concentrated grain size distribution, particle uniformity. By SEM analysis, its basically no hole on vulcanized rubber's tensile section, carbon black dispersion is uniform. Compared with traditional dry vulcanized masterbatch(DRY-CMB), mechanical properties has little difference, ageing resistance was good. When carbon black filled quantity was 60phr, the abrasion index reached maximum, significantly improved wear resistance.
