三方代建合同条件风险研究
The risk studies of tripartite agent construction contract conditions
摘要
"三方代建合同"符合代建制的内涵，能够较好地实现推行代建制的政策目的。本文通过对合同的三方主体及其关系进行分析，对三方代建合同条件中三方主体的风险进行了分析研究，提出通过工程担保和工程保险这两种方式对代建合同进行风险控制，以期有效的规避代建工作中的风险。
Abstract
"Tripartite agent construction contract" accord with the connotation of forward.all, better able to realize implementation forward.all policy purpose. Through analyze the tripartite body of the agent construction contract and the relationship between them，as well as the risk of the tripartite body in agent construction contract conditions,the engineering guarantee and engineering insurance was put forward in order to control the risk of the agent construction contract ,and aim at effectively avoiding the risk in agent construction work.关键词
