本文对比了用自蔓延与熔敷两种方法制备TiB2的效率,研究表明自蔓延方法制得的TiB2比较多,但是他们的中间产物都很多,并且在反应过程中还原剂是必不可少的。并且对于反应中中间产物比较多的原因进行了计算,从反应的自由能的角度揭示了该原因。
