HPLC测定马钱子配伍生地黄前后马钱子碱和士的宁的含量
etermination of Brucin and Strychnine in Strychnos Nux-vomical Uncombined and Combined with Radix Rehmanniae by HPLC
目的:研究马钱子配伍生地黄不同比例水煎剂(以下简称马生)中马钱子碱和士的宁的变化。方法:采用HPLC分别对马生前后主要生物碱成分士的宁和马钱子碱的质量分数进行测定。结果:与马钱子单煎剂比较,马生1:2煎剂中马钱子碱和士的宁分别下降22.46%和1.59%;马生1:4煎剂,马钱子碱和士的宁分别下降达60.87%和31.36%;马生1:6煎剂,马钱子和士的宁碱分别升高4.71%和30.91%。结论:马生1:2、1:4煎剂可降低马钱子毒性成分的作用,起到减毒作用。减毒较佳配伍比例为马生1:4。
Objective: To study the impact on Strychnine and Brucine of different proportions, which on the combination of Strychnos Nux-vomical and Radix Rehmanniae (hereinafter referred to as SR). Method: Using HPLC to determinate the mass fraction of strychnine and brucine, which in Strychnos Nux-vomical uncombined and combined with Radix Rehmanniae. Results: Compares with Strychnos single decoction, SR 1:2 decoction′s brucine and strychnine has decreased 22.46% and 1.59%; SR 1:4 decoction′s brucine and strychnine has decreased 60.87% and 31.36%; SR 1:6 decoction′s brucine and strychnine has increased 4.71% and 30.91%. Conclusion: SR 1:2,1:4 decoction can reduce the toxic components of Strychnos Nux-vomical. The better proportion which can reduce the toxic components is SR 1:4.
