骨小梁间距是评价松质骨微结构状况的主要参数之一,而超声检测骨小梁间距有其独特的优势。本文提出了一种基于反向滤波器的改进的倒谱分析方法,用仿真信号测试其性能特点。并将该方法用于估计离体牛胫骨松质骨内骨小梁平均间距,估计结果与传统的倒谱方法进行比较。结果表明,改进的倒谱方法对散射元间距的变化,弥散散射和噪声都有更强的鲁棒性。

Mean trabecular spacing (MTS) is one of the most important parameters to estimate the microstructure of cancellous bone, and estimating the MTS from ultrasonic backscattering signal has its particular advantage. The improved cepstrum method based on an inverse filter is present in this paper. Simulation ultrasonic backscattered signals are used to test the performance of the proposed method. Some experiments are made on human cancellous bone specimens in vitro and the results of MTS estimation are compared between the proposed technique and traditional cepstrum method. It is indicated that the improved cepstrum method has more robustness to the variety of MTS, diffuse scattering and noise.
