不同发育阶段木麻黄枝条碳素含量差异性研究

通过对福建省长乐市大鹤国有林场内木麻黄不同生长发育阶段的枝系特征进行了统计分析,并采集典型样品进行碳素含量测定,结果表明:1)幼苗阶段枝杈的碳含量与幼树、成株阶段相比有显著差异,其余枝系的碳含量均无显著变化;幼树、成株阶段的新生枝与一年生枝、二年生枝、多年生枝及枝杈的碳含量均有显著差异,一、二年生枝与多年生枝、枝杈有显著差异。2)成株各枝条部位碳含量表现出与幼树相似的趋势:即一年生枝受力处碳含量显著大于未受力处,二年生枝受力处与未受力处、多年生枝受力处与未受力处碳含量无显著变化。3)幼树阶段二级分枝与一级分枝碳含量不存在差异,但两者与三级分枝存在差异,成树阶段则转变为二级分枝与三级分枝碳含量不存在差异,两者与一级分枝存在差异;各发育阶段一级分枝、二级分枝碳含量表现为成株阶段与幼树阶段显著大于幼苗阶段。研究结果表明木麻黄在生活史的不同生长发育阶段,碳含量分布表现出一定的可塑性,反映了不同的适应对策。

o determine the adaptive strategy of carbon density of Casuarina equisetifolia.L to different development phases, we set up 4 20×20m plots to survey the basic indices such as DBH, height, under branch height, crown breath, deviation angle of stem, etc. and determine the carbon content of typical samples in Casuarina equisetifolia.L protection forest in Dahe state-owned forest farm, Changle county, Fujian Province. The results showed as follows: 1) the carbon content of branch converge in seedling phase was lower significantly than another two besides the other branch levels. Moreover, the carbon content of new branchs in sapling and mature phases was significantly lower than that of one-year, two-year and multiple-year branch and branch converge. Meanwhile, the carbon content of one-year and two-year branchs was significantly lower than that of multiple-year branch and branch converge. 2) the carbon content of different branch parts showed similar trend: that of pressure point in one-year branch was higher than that of non-pressure point. Instead, that of pressure and non-pressure point in two-year and multiple-year branch didn't vary significantly. 3) In sapling phase, the carbon content of the first and second order branch didn't vary significantly except the third order branch. Unlike sapling phase, in mature phase, the carbon content of the second and third order branch didn't vary significantly except the first order branch. Therefore, the carbon content of the first and second order branch both in sapling and mature phase, was higher than that in seedling phase. The differences in carbon content of branch suggest that Casuarina equisetifolia.L has different adaptive strategy during different development phases.
