一步法合成Ag/Bi2O2CO3复合材料及其光催化性能的研究
One Step of Synthesis and Photocatalytic Properties of Ag/Bi2O2CO3 Compound Nanomaterial
本文采用一步法合成Ag/ Bi2O2CO3复合材料,通过XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS、UV-vis等测试手段分析复合材料的晶型、形貌、元素化合价和禁带宽度。结果表明:Ag能够以单质纳米颗粒形式均匀地分散在片状Bi2O2CO3表面。通过光催化降解有机染料罗丹明B,效果最佳Ag/ Bi2O2CO3复合物中Ag浓度为20%。当Ag的浓度进一步增大时,单质Ag颗粒会遮蔽一部分Bi2O2CO3催化位点,使得催化效率下降。
In this paper, Ag/ Bi2O2CO3 composites are synthesized by one-step method. The crystal phase, morphology, valence state of elements and band gaps are characterized though XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, UV-vis, etc. The analysis results show that Ag nanoparticles uniformly distribute on the surface of Bi2O2CO3 nanosheets. The photodegradation of rhodamine B under UV indicates that the concentration of Ag in the most efficient photocatalytic composites is 20%. However, a further increase of the concentration of Ag leads to an appropriately decrease in photocataly activity, which caused by shield of the reaction sites.
