超疏水Co3O4/泡沫镍的制备

Preparation of Super-hydrophobic Co3O4-loaded Nickel Foam

采用一种新型而简单的方法成功制备得到了超疏水负载Co3O4泡沫镍。首先,采用水热法在泡沫镍表面合成了纳米花状和片状的Co3O4;随后,对制得的复合材料进行全氟硅烷(PFAS)改性即可得到超疏水负载Co3O4泡沫镍。对制备得到的样品进行了X射线衍射(XRD),傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR),扫描电镜(SEM)以及接触角测试(WCA)等表征。

Super-hydrophobic Co3O4-loaded foam nickel with two different morphologies were successfully prepared via a novel and simple method. The nano-flower and nano-flake structure was formed on commercial foam nickel surface through hydrothermal synthesis. Subsequently, the film was modified with Perfluorinated Alkyl Silane (PFAS). The as-prepared foam nickel was characterized by X-ray spectroscopy (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), nitrogen adsorption-desorption (BET) test and water contact angle (WCA) meter. The results showed the Co3O4-loaded foam nickel possessed great super-hydrophobic property.
