煤中含硫基团FTIR表征的可行性分析

为了探究傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱在煤系含硫基团表征中的可行性,本文先对含硫模型化合物及类似结构化合物的FTIR谱图进行了比较,得到含硫基团的红外吸收频率,然后将低硫煤与含硫模型化合物混合,以模拟高硫煤,并对混合物进行FTIR分析。对傅里叶红外光谱比较分析的结果表明:硫醇中—S—H的红外吸收频率在2560 cm-1;C—S结构的吸收频率在689 cm-1,易受临近结构的影响;二硫键结构S—S的吸收频率在466 cm-1;硫砜结构O═S═O的吸收频率在1310~1121 cm-1;亚砜O═S结构的吸收频率为1060~1030 cm-1。对模拟高硫煤的FTIR分析发现,即使硫分高达8%,煤中有机硫基团的红外吸收仍然很微弱,因此煤中含硫基团无法采用傅里叶变换红外光谱进行有效分析。

o explore the validity of FTIR analysis involved in characterization of sulfur-containing groups in coal, comparable study was carried out to the FTIR spectra of model chemicals at first. After the infrared frequencies of sulfur-containing groups were comprehended, the substitutes of high-sulfur coal, which made from sulfur-containing compounds and low-sulfur coal, were subjected to FTIR study. Based on the comparison of the FTIR spectra, the infrared frequencies of —S—H, C—S, S—S, O═S═O and O═S are located in 2560 cm-1, 689 cm-1, 466 cm-1, 1310~1121 cm-1 and 1060~1030 cm-1, respectively. Additionally, the FTIR study on the simulation of high-sulfur coal shows that the signal attributed to organic sulfur-containing groups in high-sulfur coal appears too weak to be recorded. Alternatively, the sulfur-containing groups in coal cannot be characterized effectively via FTIR spectroscopy.
