土壤类芽孢杆菌PCR鉴定方法的建立

本论文以gyrB基因为靶标，设计了土壤类芽孢杆菌的特异性引物，建立了土壤类芽孢杆菌的特异性PCR鉴定方法。该方法具有较高的特异性，不引起胶质类芽孢杆菌及检测的其它各种细菌菌种的扩增。该PCR方法也具有较好的灵敏度，其检测限在1 到10细胞之间。
In this paper, we designed P. edaphicus gyrB-targeted specific primer pairs and developed a specific PCR identification method for P. edaphicus. P. mucilaginosus and the other bacterial species tested gave no amplification in the PCR reaction, showing good specificity of the developed PCR method. Good sensitivity was also demonstrated for the method with a detection limit of 1-10 cells.
